If the network uses
a parent proxy then select Parent Proxy
Settings from the Configuration
submenu to open the window in figure 4.16.

Tick the Use Parent Proxy box and enter the
appropriate address and port in the table. If authentication is required, this
can be achieved by ticking the Use Parent
Proxy Authentication box and completing the details for the Username and Password.

Note Some networks also enforce the use of a separate proxy
for HTTPS connections. If this is the case, also complete the Use different Parent Proxy for HTTPS (SSL)
section on this form. |
