The Email Notification Configuration option
in the Configuration submenu brings
up the page in Figure 4.22.

This section allows
you to set which email alerts may be sent to someone and (optionally) whether
you allow users to receive feedback about your responses to their unblock
requests.
The settings are as
follows:
Enable System Alerts by e-mail: Enabling this setting will mean that you
will automatically receive alerts if you breach your license count. In addition, you may be able to receive other
alerts about the system’s health. See
the section on System Alerts.
Enable Email notification on unblock request:
When ticked, an email will
be sent to the email address supplied on every unblock request notification.
Enable daily digest Email notification for
unblock requests: When
ticked, an email will be sent daily to the address provided.
Enable unblock request confirmation feedback
Emails to users: If you are
happy for your users to receive feedback when you process their requests tick
this box.

Note If these settings are not configured, the Site Unblock
feature will still work correctly but pending unblock requests must be
checked manually. |
