Live Support

 

If you require live support, choose that option from the Help menu.  Clicking on it will reveal a page similar to that shown in figure 10.4.

As you can see from the above figure, the symbol at the bottom indicates that live support is available.  You can click on it in order to speak with an agent. The symbol is slightly different if agents are not online.  Currently, agents are available from 9AM to 17:30 UK Local Time.

 

If the agents are not available, you can leave a text message by clicking on the live support link, but it will be dealt with by mail.  Alternatively, you can submit a ticket via the helpdesk (the link slightly further up the page).  This is a full Email support ticketing system.  You will immediately receive notification that your ticket has been received and a support agent will respond as soon as possible.
