Manager Objects are defined as the email addresses to which reports will be sent, on either a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Figure 5.33 shows the Managers submenu.

To create a new
manager, choose the New Manager
option from the Managers submenu. See
figure 5.34.

Simply add the email
address of the person to receive the report (this must be a valid email
address) in the Email Address: field,
specify the frequency of the report generation in the Report Period: field and which User Groups that manager should
receive reports for in the two User
Groups tables, one for groups to be that will not be reported on (Does not manage these groups) and one
for groups to be reported on (Manages
these groups).
In the example in
figure 5.34, the custodian@censornet.com
address will receive reports on users in the VISITORS and WLAN USERS groups only.
Click on the Add Manager button to complete the
process. A notification will confirm whether
the manager was added successfully or not and the Manage Managers page (figure 5.35) will appear.

To modify the settings
for a manager, click the Update
button for the manager. To delete a
manager click a Remove button.
