In a similar way to
the User Management page, the Managing Workstations page allows editing
of the details of the workstation, its address, the group it is in, and,
through the group, the policy that is applied to it.
When there are more
than 10 objects on a page, Next
and/or Previous buttons will be
displayed. Use these buttons to move
between pages.

The Workstation Management page allows the
workstation to be assigned to a different group by selecting from the available
groups in the drop-down boxes under the Groups
column.
Multiple
workstations can be moved by selecting the tick box next to the workstations to
be changed and then moving them to a different group via the Move To: box. Workstations can also be
deleted using the Move To: box, by
moving them to the Trash.
A convenient search facility is located at
the top of the Workstation Management page.
Enter the characters to search against, select to search by either workstation
name or MAC/IP address, and press the Search
button. A list of workstation names containing these characters will be
displayed. Searching can be done on a specific group or on all groups. The
search facility is case insensitive, lower and upper case characters will be
treated as the same. Searching the MAC/IP address is particularly useful for
finding workstations that have been moved and their names changed.
