During the course of
surfing the Web, you are likely to find sites that are either misclassified (in
your opinion) or not classified at all.
You can use this option to request that one (or more) URLs are
(re)classified to the categories you specify.
The system issues a new support ticket via the ticketing system, so a
full ticket history will be maintained.

Because our contract
with the people who maintain the classification database allows us only one
update per month (made on the last Friday of each month) you should do as
suggested in the form and put the URL in a Custom URL category if you need to allow/deny it
urgently.
