Reports can be
generated and viewed using either the current live data (built from the current
logging data) or on any archives that have been created (see Archive Management) later in this section).
Selecting View Custom Report will open the page in
Figure 9.3.

Select a report from
the drop-down box to the left of Report.
Next, select the data to be used with the report using the drop-down box to the
left of Log Data (the default is Current Log Data but can be changed to
any archive available on the server). And finally, select the number of results per page. Depending on the type
of report, clicking the Next button may
open a page similar to that in Figure 9.4.

Exactly what is
displayed on this page depends upon the criteria defined when creating the
report. Fill in the details required in the fields and click on View Report to generate the report. If
the report is large, the data will be divided into pages, which maybe browsed
one at a time. Figure 9.5 shows an example of part of a generated report.
