The Website Visit Report is available from
the submenu under the Reports menu.
It provides a report of who is currently browsing. This report can also be used
for checking on particular users or workstations over a specified time period.
When first run, a
page similar to Figure 9.10 will open.

The Log Data field offers the choice of
using the current log data (this is the default) or, via the drop-down box,
selecting any archived data.
The Timespan field selects the timespan for
the report. Figure 9.11 shows the available options.

The system defaults
to showing current visits. If none of the available timespans are suitable, there
is also a custom timespan option.

archive data has been chosen, then no data will be produced if, for instance, Previous Hour is selected. |
The remaining fields
are all optional.
Enter a user’s name
in the Username field to see data for
a specific user.
Enter a
workstation’s name in the Workstation
field to see data on any particular user on a specific workstation.
Finally, for data on
which users/workstations have visited a specific domain, enter a domain name in
the Website Domain field.
Figure 9.12 shows a
sample report.

Each domain is
listed initially in an overview mode. By opening the folder, using the + sign, a
list of specific URLs will be displayed.
The report shows
which user worked on which workstation, when they visited the URL and whether
the visits were allowed, ignored, or blocked. By drilling down to any
particular domain, the report will show which CN Pro module permitted or
blocked the URL.
